The Perth City Muster is an annual event. The date for 2008 is Saturday 23rd February. ^top When will the website be updated again for the PCM? The website will be updated on the 22nd January 2008. ^top Can we bring food or drinks to the PCM? We are fully licensed with regular bars and alcohol being brought in to the PCM is strictly prohibited. We have a wide variety of foods available inside the Showgrounds. You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, however it will delay your entry when you pass through 'bagcheck' and drinks will be checked and/or opened for safety reasons. NO GLASS will be permitted on-site. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult and cannot enter the bar service areas. NOTE: Only persons 18 years and over can purchase and/or consume liquor, it is an offence to purchase liquor for persons under 18 years of age. ^top What seating will be available? There will be limited seating in the Grandstand. Other seating is scattered around the PCM site in cafe's and dining areas. You can bring your own seats, blankets etc but you must only use them in the authorised areas so as not to inhibit the enjoyment of other patrons. ^top Can we camp at the PCM? No, accommodation must be arranged separately. ^top Is it safe to bring young children to the PCM? Of course... we go out of our way to provide fun and exciting activities for children to ensure the spirit of the PCM reaches everyone in the community. We have half price tickets for children 5-16 years, children under 5 are free. NOTE: Only persons 18 years and over can purchase and/or consume liquor, it is an offence to purchase liquor for persons under 18 years of age. ^top How can I meet the artists, get CD's signed or get autographs of artists? There will be CD signings where you can obtain autographs and meet artists. There will be a board at the PCM indicating the times of these signings. ^top How do I get CD's of artists playing at the PCM? There will be a CD stall at the PCM. ^top Where can I park during the PCM? Parking will be available across the road from Gate 1 (Main Entry) at the Claremont Football Club and Westrail Land for a $10 fee for all day parking, this is charged by the Town of Claremont Council. We suggest to avoid the fuss, take the Train and PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. ^top What facilities are there for disabled people? There is a disabled drop-off point at Gate 1 (Main Entry). People with authorised ACROD stickers will be allowed to park inside the grounds via Gate 2. There are disabled toilets with access ramps to both toilet areas and there is a designated disabled viewing areas.
